Anna Star Coaching – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. Anna Star Coaching is an education service provider. Clients use this website to find information about the services provided, to purchase resources or to engage with free content available.
1.2. These are the terms on which we offer our client services. By creating an account, you agree to form a contract between you and us.
1.3. That contract includes everything incorporated by reference, and in particular, any code of conduct issued by us from time to time.

2.2. You must obey the code of conduct issued by us.
2.3. Maintenance
2.4.1. We make best efforts to ensure that the website runs properly and that it is available except for periods of scheduled maintenance. Despite our best efforts, there may be times when the services on the website are not available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee – and do not promise – continuous or faultless operation.
2.5. Right to Suspend Access
2.5.1. We may suspend your access to the website or services at any time if we believe that:
- a) We are required to do so by law or your continued use contravenes any applicable law.
- b) Your use of the services violates another person’s rights.
- c) You are in breach of your agreement with us.
2.6. Website Functionality
2.6.1. We reserve the right to modify and/or update the website’s functionality at any time without prior notice.
3. Additional Conditions of Use
3.1. Tutors and Coaches
3.2. Vetting of Tutors and Coaches
3.2.1. We ask Tutors to provide an enhanced check under the UK government Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and a copy of their current Safeguarding certificate.
3.2.2. Tutors are responsible for:
- a) Agreeing times, dates, frequency, and length of classes with the student.
- b) Determining the teaching method and approach used in any class, guided by experience and industry practice.
4. Charges
4.1. Charges for Tutoring and Online Workshops
4.2.1. All charges are at the discretion of Anna Star Coaching. We reserve the right to change pricing, raise charges, or introduce special offers.
4.2.2. Additional charges may apply for time spent outside classes (e.g., reading or feedback). This must be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
5. Payment
5.1. Paying Us
5.1.1.1. Payments for products in the online shop are handled by Stripe. Your payment method details will be stored with Stripe.
5.1.1.2. To book a tutoring session or online group workshop, payment must be made via bank transfer to confirm the booking.
5.1.1.3. Billing information must be accurate and belong to you.
6. Refunds
6.1.1. Due to the nature of our digital resources, refunds are not usually offered. Any errors must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
6.1.2. If you are unhappy with your digital materials, please contact us as soon as possible.
6.1.3. If a session is cancelled by the tutor, you may receive a refund or reschedule.
6.1.4. If a session is cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be given, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
6.1.5. Refunds require bank details to be provided within 28 days.
6.1.6. Failure to notify non-attendance forfeits rights to reschedule or refund.
7. Privacy
7.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to it for full details about how your data is used and your rights.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Nothing in this agreement grants you a licence to use any trademarks, logos, or other branding, nor does it assign any intellectual property rights.
8.2. All branding used on the website is the exclusive property of Anna Star Coaching and its affiliates, and is protected by law.
8.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or exploit any materials from Anna Star Coaching without prior written consent, except as part of normal use of the services.
9. Variation
9.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms as needed. Any changes take effect once notified, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of those changes.
